Once harvested, all our products are carefully handled to preserve freshness. They are either processed immediately, packed in individual bags, and snap-frozen at or below -25 degrees, or chilled in a large saltwater brine at temperatures below 6 degrees. This ensures exceptional quality and maintains the highest standards at every stage.
